Nothing that will actually work is safe to use. I've had it my whole pregnancy. It's all over my back andface. They said it'll go away after I give birth.
I have had acne both times being pregnant. As said above, don't take any acne medicines. My midwife recommended Dove bar soap for washing my face. I still breakout, but not as bad this pregnancy as last time. I also do egg white masks with oatmeal and tiny bit of honey for about 20 mins.
Squeeze out a little bit of your breast milk and put it on the areas at night. That is IF you are lactating yet, I am and it works great for me. I say do it at night though, because it becomes a lil crusted as it dries, but again it works wonders because of the many antibodies in your milk....not to mention its harmless :) Good Luck
It matters. Don't take acne medicines because they contain stuff that can be harmful to your baby; do some research into if there are any that are ok. Try to control it with soap and water for now, but you might just have to accept it. Acne due to hormones is a normal part of pregnancy.
