I tend to stick to whole foods. If I could kill it, butcher it, grow it, harvest it, in my own back yard..  It seems like it would be nourishing food. I don't think I could make spaghettios from scratch. What is all that stuff? Should it be in my body? Would you put something in your car fuel tank that wasn't gasoline?  That said the reality is that life is about moderation. Occasional processed foods are probably not terrible as long as the majority of our diet is well balanced.

I am craving skettiOs. But they give me terrible indigestion because of all the ingredients. Just eat a well balanced diet and you'll be fine eating them.

I know a lot of people try to avoid foods high in presercatives because they often lose a lot of nutional value in the process but as long as you also get a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables I'm sure baby and you will get everything you need.

Read the ingredients and you'll see how packed full of preservatives they are.
