anyone still lifting at the gym???

I'm still going to the gym, after having 3 months off with morning sickness. My parents and fiance know, but not one else- announcements go today via post- and my parents want to wrap me in cotton wool!!! My fiance is happy for me to keep playing netball, as long as I keep feeling good. Which I do. I feel like 90% good, just need heaps of food to fuel any exercise. What do you ladies think?? Anyone still running? Cycling? Playong basket/netball??? Ohh and im 16w today.

Still going! But, not maxing out and keeping it moderate. I feel so good lifting and working out. I am not stopping until my body tells me to. The first trimester was awful - knocked me out and I tried to lift here and there the last couple of weeks of it when I was feeling better. I can no longer run like I used to. I walk instead. I get winded spinning now, but still love it. Trying to stay as active as I can for as long as I can. :-)

Wow, ive cut my weights almost in half if not more. But then I lost heaps of definition during the first trimester. Morning sickness put me flat on my back and outta the gym for the whole 3 months. And I had my bloods done and I have almost no creatine or is it creatinine in my body. Bub is stealing all the protein I eat so putting my muscle back on is impossible.

Hi I'm almost 8 weeks and I do high intensity zumba 4 days a week lifting weights for 1 hr per week keep moving up in weight it's actually like a PT session plus after my hour zumba I usually 3 days a week do the low intensity zumba class as well so Monday and Friday 2 hrs of zumba Wednesday weights the low intensity zumba which is hard for me to do lol I like to bounce and Thursday high intensity zumba and usually a trx class or weight room or just practice since I teach zumba... but I would say be careful and listen to your body you don't want to pull or strain anything and not to over work yourself I know I'm over doing it some days and I settle down a bit but as I get further along I know I will have no choice have a Dr appt Tues.  1st one since I found out I was pregnant 1 week after conceiving so I will see what she says but probably will take advice just not listen and listen to my body!

I'm 16w5d and I'm still lifting heavy! My doctor never gave me a weight limit so I'm squatting 120. Benching a little less then my norm and still doing back workouts. Just know your body and when you need to rest or stop and get plenty of water! But I'm good, I've been lifting for 2 years so if your bodies used to doing whatever you want to do your good!
