I'm from SC and you can't keep us southern girls out of the sun, and it definitely won't harm our babies! as said previously, just stay hydrated & wear lots of sunscreen.. the last thing you want is to be in the hospital with sunburn or dehydration! I can't wait to get to the beach! still a little cool around ours right now.. soon, veeeery soon though! ((:

Try to not get over heated. Tanning beds are different bc they emit large UV rays that aren't protected by sunblock. I'd use sunblock and maybe switch shade on and off your belly so they don't get too hot

Im a total beach bum and will be tanning my big butt up once summer hits ;) just dont get over heated and dont get sun burnt take the precautions and when you feel like u burning get under a umbrella and don't forget pregnancy mask gets worse when ur in the sun so definitely put a hat on cus that crap will stay a long time after if u dont I learned the hard way with that took me 2 years to get rid of my pregnancy mask from my last child due to tanning while prego had to use alot of lemon on my face to finally get rid of it and im positive being in the sun made it bad so get a cute hat for sure;)

I have heard a resounding "No!" With tanning beds while pregnant, Im not sure about the natural sun. I wouldnt be out there as long as you would not pregnant. You should be using spf anyway so Idk if it is worth it at that point
