Whats a good belly band/wrap are good out there for after pregnancy?!??!?!

Me too. I didn't do it with my first but with this pregnancy I'm definitely trying it. Anything that could spend up recovery and get me back down to prepregnancy weight, I'm willing to try.

I bought an atlas which is basically the cinch but it includes a pregnancy band as well. I've been hearing great things about Malaysian Bengkung wraps though so I think I will be buying or making one of them also.

2 sizes? Hmmmm......That would be a concern being that it's a little pricey. I'll have to check into that. I want something that is adjustable.

Apparently its a wrap that keeps your tummy wrapped up tight and the pressure helps with pain management and helps you use your tummy muscles. It also helps reduce the swelling of the uterus and helps put all your organs back into place! AND, it helps your tummy get back to normal in flattening it back quicker. Hope this helps. :)

I almost bought the belly bandit but all the reviews had me worried about sizing. Most of the reviews said you basically needed two sizes too.

It's basically a girdle. If you have had a c-section, you feel like every step you take, every cough, laugh etc. will make your incision tear open. The abdominal binders are just to support your abs by holding them tight so recovery is better. A lot of women use them even after vaginal birth to try to shrink their tummies too. I didn't have a binder last time, and after reading about them, I am convinced one will help. So I am giving if a try :)

I bought a decently rated medical grade abdominal binder from Amazon. The expensive binders aren't rated very well either and seem to require you to have to buy it in two sizes. I got mine for c-section recovery, and lots of reviews on different bands say that they prefer the kind they got from the hospital. So I figure if j don't like if I am only out about $15.00

I have no clue what brand mine is but I got it at Motherhood Maternity. It helps with my back and hip pain. Not sure about after birth
