blood pressure

I checked my blood pressure this morning and it was122/88 im just wondering for 29-2 with swollen feet should i keep checking it every hour just to be sure or should i call the dr

I would keep a check. I was admitted to hospital and released with it 143/85. I have preeclampsia but trying to make it until Friday to have him. That will be the day I turn 37 weeks.  I get worried too though because even on bedrest it will shoot up to 167/98 & I dont know what to do. If u r having other symptoms like vision disturbances,  pain in upper right abdomen,  or headache then u should def call anyway! !
