breasfeeding

Why am so hungry all the time???i feel like am eating more then when i was pregnant is this normal?????

It's totally normal. With my first 2 I ate waaaay more when I was breastfeeding than when I was pregnant.  I literally felt like I couldn't get enough food! I gained more wait during that time than my pregnancy.  I am hoping to control myself more this time because I don't want to gain more weight.

You burn a lot of calories breast feeding. Your supposed to snack and drink water while pumping or feeding. Helps keep the supply up too.

It's normal. You're supposed to take in extra calories while breastfeeding.. It mainly makes me thirsty. At first, I stayed hungry. Now, I feel like I thirst to death before we finish lol
