breast feeding and pregnant

So im still breast feeding my 11 month old. I just found out im about 5 weeks pregnant. Does anyone know what effects, if any, this may cause?

I have a eight months old that I still breastfeed and I am 21weeks prego, so far I'm doing oky..Have to eat a lot more so I'm not tired but other than that Dr. isn't concerned..and yes make sure you take your vitamins everyday is the only thing she told me

As long as you're not high risk then it should be fine. I'm 11w and still nursing my 17mo old

I know lots of moms who have nursed throughout pregnancy and then tandem nursed the siblings together with no issues whatsoever. It can be more uncomfortable for some women to breastfeed while pregnant due to those hormones, or so I've heard. And some women do dry up. But as long as you're still nursing frequently at least you know you're doing everything you can to keep trying!

Less lbs would be nice! I am worried for both babies that it may cause lack of nutrition and  a hormone issue.

I don't think anything will happen as long as your eating well and taking your vitamins... it might actually keep your weight down.. Lol
