It just started for me. I have no appetite, just nausea! Any suggestions? I heard peppermint tea helps. But idk if I can put that down at the moment.

Preggo Pops are AMAZING! I had mono & morning sickness up until 16 weeks. It was MISERABLE. I also had a prescription from my doctor for Zofran which was a life saver but I didn't like to take them a lot since it already made my sleepy and with the mono I was extra tired and I was not allowed to miss any work... I lived off of preggo pops, the tangerine are my favorite, sour things helped me a lot to get rid of the nausea for a while. There are also morning sickness pre-made drinks at babys'r'us and online you can order that are filled with nutirents and vitamins you need (and calories) to keep you and the baby feeling good. If none of those sound good I also drank Coconut milk like crazy, not the water... the real deal.. you can get it from any Asian Market. It tasted great and with all the electrolytes it helped tons!

There is a homeopathic supplement called nux vomica. It was the ONLY thing that helped me. In large doses it can cause vomiting, but in the small homeopathic some it does the opposite.  You can find it at most health food stores

Don't think I can help much as I feel I've tried EVERYTHING to no avail :(
I'm 11+4 and have been dealing with all day & all night sickness since 4 and a half weeks. I've tried different teas - peppermint, ginger, lemon - I've tried ginger root, ginger ale and ginger biscuits. Seabands took the edge off but I still felt sick. I have some appetite and try to eat little and often and fluid wise I can only sip water, it's all I can bear. One thing that did help in the early weeks was ice lollies - it's the only type of fluid I could manage. If fluids are an issue for you, definitely give them a go :) Best wishes.
