brown discharge

I've been experiencing a brown discharge. Trying not to freak out but I'm only about 5 weeks pregnant and won't get to see my doctor until Monday. Is this normal?

I'd still call your doc and update them. Lots of women have spotting and have perfectly fine pregnancies. But it can indicate a problem too, with or without cramping and heavy bleeding.  It's always better to air on the side of caution and check in with a doc or midwife. Good luck:)

Wear the thin panty liners 27 weeks been happening to me 2 since 5 mo. Pretty sure I'm peeing myself all the time

It Is not discharge it is blood. My OB called it old blood. She told me not to worry unless it becomes bright red or have severe cramps with it.I am 14 weeks now and still get it once in a while. Good luck to you.
