compression socks and peppermint tea??

My dr recommended I start using compression socks to help my blood circulation because I have a lot of swelling and my vains have actually darkened and my feet are killing me even tho I'm on strict bed rest with the exception of course of bathroom and shower breaks.

Any ladies know if they sell them at target? I completely forgot to ask where could I find them.

Also I've been dealing with severe gag reflex issues. To the point where I can't eat. My meals have cut down from 3 or 4 to only eating 1 time.  I have the urge to vomit but nothing happens just nausea. He recommended I try "pregnancy tea" or peppermint tea. I bought some tonight and my body was not having it!

Any of you ladies have any tips on nausea? I've never had this issue with my previous pregnancy.

Thank you ladies!!!

I can eat during the night but not during the day so I had to switch what time I take my other medicine. My one meal a day is literally starting to a junk food festival. I only want to eat greasy and salty food. Oh and I can snack on baked egg rolls. My dr said it could be thaat she's up on my stomach. But he also told me if it did go away by 28 weeks it was most likely here to stay. I tried the tea last night but I literally had to vomit after 30 min. He did tell me no to worry about it to much as long as I was snacking it would be fine.

Eating a cracker actually helps me. Is there anything you are craving? If you have a craving, try to eat whatever it is. Cheese and milk help me sometimes too.  Vitamin b6 is supposed to help also. And ginger.

Chinnese wonton soup... it worked so well I couldn't eat anything without gagging or being nauseous but that soup was a life saver

Can only help w the compression socks. I wear them to work daily. Most pregnancy stores have them.  Most athletic stores have a version as well.  I haven't found them at target tho.  Lots of online shopping sites for them also.  Just a quick Google search will lead u there. Good luck!
