I'm also due November 1st. My LMP was on  January 25th. So that means that you would have conceived on or around February 8th.

They have DNA kits you can buy at CPS or Walgreens but have a high user - error rate and I don't know their accuracy... you can request one from a lab... like Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp

Conception is relative to when you ovulate. . Most women ovulate between day 10 and 15 of their cycles... so about 3-7 days after their period ends... With a due date of nov. 1st... conception was probably around Feb. 7th.. plus or minus a few days

If you were raped on Jan 3 and had a period Jan 25-30 than you would've conceived most likely around the middle of February.

If it was within just a few days you would need to do a DNA test to determine paternity. Sperm can live inside you for up to 5 days so it's possible it could've been either man's sperm that conceived your baby if the events were that close together.
