Ladies, I bought the Vicks Vaporizer today and I tried it out when I took a nap. It was wonderful and I didn't get up at all to blow my nose. It really opened me up the whole time I was asleep. Just a suggestion.

I have the same issue..  the nasal passage swells during pregnancy.... plus I have HORRIBLE allergies... I was getting steroid shots before getting pregnant. .. I actually got one 2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant. .. I was okay for the first 3 months (cause thats how long it lasts) and now im suffering... im 26 weeks but I can't get another shot until after I stop breastfeeding

I also have been suffering the same.  I didn't have it with my last 2 babies.  I wake up at night and my sinuses are so dry, and as soon as I get up, I'm draining, sneezing, and miserable.  Im going to try a humidifier tonight and see if that helps.  I think being winter, with all the heaters, the air is so dry.  I'm hoping this helps, as its a cheap fix:)  good luck!

I'll be 39 weeks Sunday and I've had that issue the entire time I've been pregnant. ... my Dr says it's totally normal and i can say that I've enjoyed being pregnant but the one thing I'll enjoy most other then getting my body back is the fact that I'll hopefully be able to breathe lol

Yep me too best thing is Sterimar or Fess it's a saline sprag with no chemicals & is really good for clearing your nose & preventing colds. I used it before I was pregnant for hayfever. Works a trwat & you can use it up to 6 times a day

I'm just starting 8 weeks and the last week I've gotten very stuffy headed and had some horrible sinus headaches my first month. Mine isn't too bad yet... hope it gets better for you! I've mainly been dealing with extreme fatigue and back aches.
