I'm diagnosed bipolar, have gone off med with each pregnancy and right back on after each delivery. My saving grace was my therapist during each pregnancy to help keep myself balanced. It can be a huge struggle, but I suggest speaking to a therapist. They can give you tools to use to help keep you from slipping too far into depression, plus it's great to have someone to complain to who won't complain back lol. I have often found my primary and ob to nor be as helpful or experienced in this area so finding a therapist is a good option. Mine gave me the strength to keep going on days where I wanted to give up...it's a great tool that goes unused too often because people are afraid of the stigma attached to it, but really it just shows that your stronger then you thought because you know when to ask for help. I hope you get better soon, scariest part is it can turn into severe postpartum it's left untreated. I wish you the best and if you ever need to talk feel free to pm me

Depression is hard in and of itself, and not setting many people really "understand" which makes you feel even more alone. Hormones are already crazy in pregnancy and that doesn't help I'm sure. Just try to remember there is always people who understand and are willing to talk and listen. If it gets too hard, mention it to your doctor- be honest about it so you can get what you need :) sending thoughts your way.
