Yea I agree clove oil is great. During pregnancy ur teeth and gums are are a lot more pron to sensitivity and disease. If it persists I would get clearing from ur ob & see ur dentist.

You MIGHT have a sinus infection. I just got over one a couple weeks ago, i thought i was having a toothache ( towards the back, on my right side, upper ) but when i went to the dentist, he banged on all those back teeth and no pain. I was prescribed amoxicillin and the pain went away within a couple days.

I have had tooth problems for years! I got a ton of work done and managed to go about 2 yrs without a problem...until I got pregnant again!
Tylenol is all the doctor will let you take and lets face it. Its useless.
I broke a tooth I found out. Oh so painful.

So heres my remedy:
Clove oil, its a tiny bottle. Sold at walgreens or similar for about 6 bucks. If youre in the states anyway.
Put a little on your tooth with a swab. Dont swallow, its awful tasting!
Sometimes that isnt enough though.
So I started brushing with sensodyne and when the tooth starts hurting I put a dab of the toothpaste on the tooth itself. The toothpaste has numbing powers! The maximum allowed for purchase over the counter. So Ive read, anyway.
Knock off "sensitive toothpaste" will work the same!

Now, if you have a hole in your tooth you can try this too... "temporary filling"
My problem was that my tooth couldnt handle hot, cold or anything in the hole. So the temp filling kept things from getting in it and the hole being exposed to extreme temperature change.

Also, my husband does this. I dont, but if youre real desperate. Crush a tylenol into powder and pack it into the hole (if you have one)sometimes it works really fast!

I would rather give birth than have a bad toothache, its hell! Good luck <3
