Hey ladies so its Official 40 weeks today .. Still no sign of little man :(   Any tips on how too get the ball rolling get little guy too make appearance?

Hi hun they actually broke naturally much unexpected too be honest with u as had had no show or
Signs that I was even going too go... I just used my gym ball for about a hour swiveling hips side side back and forth and went in bath! Then for a nice soak.. Couple hours later  washing up and they just went :)  xx

Congrats! Did you try to self induce or did your waters just break naturally? :)

Aww thank u ladies not long after I posted this my waters actually broke and lost my plug...  I now finally have my little boy with me born at 14.44 today
Weighing 8.5lbs hard work but work pain good luck in your deliveries xx

In amn due today and as well no signs. I lost my plug a couple of days ago. I was 2cm last wednesday had a stretch  n sweep and after that ive been walking having sex and bouncing on my exercise ball ... good luck :) and congrats ladies

I have 5 days and no sign of my princess either. Sex, bouncing on a ball and evening primrose oil are other methods I've heard.

Only thing proven to cause contractions is nipple stimulation but some say walking helps as well
