That's awesome! Good job keeping it off! I'm a coach with Beachbody so I do lots of at home workouts. I just keep telling myself "Well, I'll just have to work harder to lose the weight after the baby than I originally planned." If there is one thing I learned after my last pregnancy, it is that you can plan and plan things but have to accept if things don't go that way.
Yea, sounds like I found someone on here with a couple things in common lol!! I was also going to the gym 5-6 days a week and I'm a cyclists too. I imagined myself having this cute pregnancy with this little bump and me working out alot. But my doctor doesn't want me on my bike. And the other day I did just 30 min of cardio, hoping I would get some extra energy, and instead I went home and took a two hour nap!! So not like me. I have seen my doctor already she said just don't worry about the cardio until second trimester. So for now I'm just walking and eating every hour. And btw I lost 40lbs about a year ago and have kept it off, so I know how disheartening weight gain can be. But I tell myself it will be worth it and if I did it once I can do it again! I'm sure you will too! :)
I'm right behind you, due October 27th. That is according to my period. I have my first appointment tomorrow. I'm so glad I'm not alone with this eating thing. I'm glad I found a way to feel better but I'm definitely gaining weight because of it! I really hope to feel better soon. I was working out 6 days a week and planned to continue (but take it a little easier of course) but I find it hard to even just stand up now!
Me too! I'm 8wks4days and I have to snack throughout the day to keep from feeling sick. I eat goldfish, saltines, low fat cheese sticks. Pretty much snack all day. And sip on ginger ale. Hopefully the nausea passes. This our 3rd and I've never felt so sick. I'm due Oct 26th, what about you?
