I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I wouldn't known I was pregnant the only hint I had was a missed period,  and tender breast. Up to this day I have no symptoms. Doctor says I'm his favorite patient lol.

Same here. I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow and I have occasional back aches, more thirsty, pulling/pinching like slight cramp on/off, and slightly more emotional but figured it was just from the anxiety and excitement of being pregnant with our first. No sore boobs or morning sickness. I go the ob/gyn for the first appointment tomorrow and am beyond excited and nervous!

Every woman is different..at 5 weeks when I found out I was pregnant I knew I was this was my 4th baby but I started peeing all the time & I was sooooooo sleepy all I wanted to do was nap which is odd for me because I never took naps unless I was sick & boobs were tender..I had no morning sickness...only nauseated at times..I had my beautiful baby girl on the 25th of august & she is a perfect little baby doll...I had really bad heartburn with her & she came out with a head full of hair too..but that's an old wives tale?? Lol

I never got sick...thank god...but my breasts did start getting swollen and sore...and about 8 weeks started getting moody and would cry about the stupidest things. Starting to get better now that I'm almost in my second trimester. But yeah it seems week 7 or 8 is when you'll find out for sure what "preggo symptoms" you'll have.
