fake or true labor???

Hello! So im 34 weeks n 4 days and ive been noticing several changes. My appetite all of a sudden went away and ive been geting mild but noticeable cramps every day as well as diarrhea and vomiting. I feel the baby very low causing a lot of pain and pressure down there. What do u guys think?

If your not contracting I say your fine. Baby is just moving downwards. Full term would be 37 weeks. Just relax and I'm sure at your next doctor appointment, he/she will check you. Best of luck
