Since I am already pregnant....does the sprem of the father still effect the baby?  Should he change his diet if he's "feeding"the baby?

you feed the baby with whatever you eat and/or put in your body. the dad has nothing to do with it it gets its nutrients from the umbilical cord which is attached to you. Daddy is not even able to get near it during intercourse, so the answer to your question is no he doesnt have to change his diet and no the baby doesnt eat sperm sperm cant even get up into where the baby is

My doc had me and my husband use condoms during my 1st trimester bwcause he said that the male sperm carries infections sometimes and it was just an extra safety precaution because I had 2 mc prior.

If you are trying to get pregnant, a healthy diet can help make healthy sperm, but other than that, once you are pregnant, the sperm does nothing.

Nope. Sperm cannot and does not reach your baby. Anything you eat the baby only gets the nutrients from it. Good luck:-)

There's noooo contact, as Cindy82 stated. Your baby is protected by your closed cervix. Nothing can get in/out. Sperm will never even come in contact w/ your baby.

atlmother,  you probably need to research pregnancy and baby development,  and anatomy.  I would suggest "what to expect when you're expecting" or something like that.

Your baby doesn't eat sperm.
