fetal fibronectin test.. kinda long.

I'm 31.3, I'm measuring 2.5 weeks ahead(both ultrasound and stomach measurements). I'm absolutely miserable.  I have a ton of back pain and contractions that aren't regular and maybe a hand full that have taken my breath away and not be able to move through them, she has dropped,  I pee every 5 minutes, I have had a massive headache for 2 days, and a ton of pelvic pressure and pain.  I got off work Thursday morning and called my ob, told them what was going on and they couldn't squeeze me in so I had to go to l&d. At the time I was having no contractions just an unbearable amount of pain and pressure. They did the ffn(for the 4th of 5th time, I had preterm labor with my first daughter and so they've been watching for it to happen again). And well it came back negative like all the other times in the past. They just said go home and rest.  Well when I'm not at work, that's what I do is rest.  I go back to work tmw for the first time since Wednesday.  And my pain has been unbearable again, pressure,  contractions (not painfully regular), and the nausea, I've also been really cold lately with the headache for 2 days. I Don't Know What To do.  I hate going to l&d for the 'false' alarms. But I also know my body and what I feel is entirely different the when I was pregnant with my daughter.  And yes I understand every pregnancy is different. What would you do?

No light duty, I work ems. And to cover me through fmla for the 12 weeks I have to watch when I take my maternity leave/disability.  They have me working with only male partners.  They want me to try and stay at work til October 4th. That'd be I think 34-35 weeks.
