OK so does anyway else feel starving and then when u start to eat ur full way before half? Like I'm always super hungry but then eat like a birds few bites and I'm soo stuffed ;(

So glad to know that I'm not the only one. I went to breakfast 2 mornings ago and poured syrup all over my pancakes and ketchup all over my home fries. Few bites later, done! From now on I will dip into syrup, ketchup or any other condiments so I can take my food with me!

OMG...yes I hate it. I am starving I finally figure out what I want to eat & I get it all fixed & I start eating & take about 6-7 bites & then I am full. I am just like are you kidding me because I know in like 30 min. I am going to be hungry again. So I just sit my plate to the side & wait until my hunger hits again so I can finish eating....ugh

I suggest eating a small meal Avery 2-3 hours to avoid the over full feeling and stay ahead of ravenous eat everything in sight mode. And try to drink your water between meals to avoid distending your stomach & increasing that full, uncomfortable feeling. More fiber may help too if you're backed up in the lower plumbing department.

Yup I'm going through this now makes me crazy I'm super full instantly and then 30-1hr I'm starving again. Makes no sense Lol
