I'm 37 weeks today and lost 10 total so far. My doctor says I'll loss about 20lbs all together after I have my baby. I'm eating every 2-3 hours, small meals and drink lots of water. My baby boy so far is above average in growth according to the doctor and he's not worried about me loosing weight since my little man is growing.

Im 26 weeks and have gained 14 pounds. I used to worry about my weight gain too. But after we had a scare with a weird ultrasound, i realized the most important thing was my babys health. No matter what, the weight WILL come off if you work hard enough :)

Every ones body takes to pregnancy different. You can retain water more then others baby size and the way you eat are all a factor. I gained 65 with my first and only 23 with second no Two pregnancies are the same. As long as your healthy is all that matters.

I'm 31 weeks and I've gained over 2 stone. Really self conscious because I have always been slender. Trying not to get too bothered by it. Will just have to work hard to remove any excess after baby ross is born x

I don't get posts like this-everyone is different, from past medical history to variances in pregnancies... I'm 22+1 and 5 pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight thanks to HG... Asking people this doesn't really do anything other than make each other compare themselves to others. All that should matter is what your OB feels to be appropriate for you and if your baby is healthy and growing accordingly! Right?
