hcg level not doubling

Hello all :) I am almost 7 weeks pregnant and  my hcg levels are not doubling every 48 hours. My first hcg Quant was 3843 and my second (48 hours later) was 6591. I'm not cramping or bleeding, but I'm concerned because 5 out of my 6 previous pregnancies have ended in miscarriage. I wont have an ultra sound untill. Im 8 weeks.Anyone else experiencing anything like this?

Thank you all for your kindness. I had more blood work done today. Also went in for an early scan. We found out I'm not quite as far as we expected. I'm 6 weeks 3 days. The baby had a strong heart beat and my doctor said everything looks fine. My progesterone levels were 27. I take the pill for of progesterone,  but from what I understand that it's not as affective as the injections. We will have another scan in two weeks.  Thanks everyone :)

I went through this at the beginning of my pregnancy. I didn't even know I was pregnant till I did a sonogram. My doctor and me were shocked. I was put on progesterone pills daily till I was 14 weeks then at 16 weeks I started progesterone shots weekly. At this time I'm 28 weeks

The levels are still rising though which is generally a good sign you just might be way earlier than what u thought hence why they might be low. I'm presuming they will test the levels a 3rd time to confirm there still rising. Think positive

Maybe talk to your doctor about being put on progesterone I'm surprised with how many times you've miscarried you weren't prescribed it I miscarried twice and with this pregnancy I was put on it as soon as I found out I'm currently 11 weeks 4 days
