How is your blood pressure?  That can cause headaches.  For me, though, it's normally from skipping caffeine for too long.

Be careful how much Sodium you eat. I suffered from headaches my first pregnancy and it was due to too much salt in my diet.

Do u normally drink caffeine?  Did u stop? I have to have caffeine 1 to 2 times a week otherwise I get horrible headaches! I usually take 1 Tylenol and have a can of pepsi or Mt dew and within a half hr it's almost gone. Best bet is to talk w ur Dr about it. Good luck!

An ice pack to the base of your head and neck works well as well. Good luck

I have had them too.  I have used breath rite nasal strip and saline nasal spray before bed.  Also tiger balm muscle ointment on my neck muscles at night and bought a humidifier for next to my bed. This combo had worked for me, Tylenol does nothing so I stopped taking it.  When it gets really bad, massage helps big time, but is pricey.  Good luck
