I got it really bad too!especially in bed. I just stopped eating a big meal at night and avoid sodas and heavy greasy food. Also, I immediately eat 2 tums as soon as I feel it coming on

Im also 20 weeks. Better get it checked.. Before i knew i was pregnany i went to a cardiologist because of the burning sensation in my chest, i had 2 ecg readings with a month interval and she diagnosed me with either a blocked artery vs. GERD.. Im only 29 so my chances of a cardiac prob was low,but still had to be ruled out.. Im a coffee addict, 5-6 cups a day, so that predisposes me to Acid reflux. I didnt know i was prego that time, so i told her i wasnt, when she asked me about it. I was scheduled for a stress echo test after but was not able to have it sinceci disxovered i was preg.. Since then i havent felt any chest/burning pain. But i still informed my OB about it.
