What do Braxton hicks contractions feel like?! I am 31+4

They usually are a tightening sensation,  belly will get hard for a short period of time, then go away. They usually don't hurt, but for some ladies,  they do. They arent normally in regular intervals and dont get stronger with time. Sometimes they are more frequent if you're dehydrated or can subside after changing positions. Like I usually notice mine the most when I go from seated position to standing. Everything will tighten up for a brief period,  then go away.

Your belly tightens up for a period of time. They should NEVER hurt.  If they hurt they are real contractions. Good luck!  ♡ :)

Your stomach feels really hard.  It doesn't feel like cramps to me. everyone is different though. my stomach just feels hard for like 10-15 seconds
