Ok so im 36 weeks today and ive been getting nuggling pains in my hips and back.. recently my midwife said i have a urine infection but she didnt give me antibiotics or anything. Could this be labour or could this be a symptom to do with the urine infection?

I was 36+5 last week, had the same pains and a uti... My Dr said that the uti can cause menstrual like cramps and what would appear to be back labor. He put me on antibiotics and they went away in days... Good luck
