This may sound silly but sit on the counter with ur hands and ur feet in hot water and put an ice pack on the back of ur neck. Just do it lol nothing worked for me but this :) hope it helps!
I had thid problem in my first trimester, I took it up with my obgyn and he gave me a perscription with caffeine and aspirin combined it worked wonders
I got a severe migraine today. Helped to sleep and have someone rub my neck and shoulders. Been a stressful week for me. Thankfully it went away in a few hours but all your Dr for migraine medicine. There is some you can take while pregnant. I will be 10 weeks tomorrow
Ps, you've got a longs ways to go, don't lose hope this early jus try to find ur triggers n stay positive!
Well I'm a ftm so I have nothing to compare it too besides what I've been dealing with my entire life. Mine feel like a headband, it jus wraps around my head but the throbbing ugh its horrible like my brain is bouncing against my skull=( I take 2extra strength Tylenol with a can of Pepsi, n go to sleep. I don't know if u would consider this lucky but my body does me the favor by letting me work but as soon as I have a day off that's when it starts so I have the opportunity sleep n recover for the entire day. Mine usually last 2-3 days with day one being the worst. Also pay attention to what ur eating, a lot of msg, &sodium, r triggers for headaches!

Ugh i hate the pain. With my other pregnancies i didnt have as bad migraines as i do with this one.how do urs feel? Mine at times feel like theres liquid because soon as i stand tha pain goes to other side of my head. Im starting to feel like i just cant go through with this pregnancy its too much :( im losing hope
No dear I don't think u have a tumor. Headaches r normal especially when ur approaching ur second trimester. I'm going through the same thing but theres not much we can do besides what ur already doing. Tylenol, caffeine, sleep, possibly a cold press on ur forehead, some would say its a phase n will go away but every woman is different. And if u already suffer from migrains like I do then I think it we're a lil more susceptible to the headaches.
