hip pain
Does anyone else have hip pain when sleeping on your side. If so what helps u? I have had some rly bad nights. Cant sleep on my back cause I have a cat that hurts my stomach when she lays there.
I know it's already been said but its been a lifesaver for me...pillow between the knees! I've had next to no hip pain since :)
A pillow between my legs helps. I also walk when I wake up and do stretches and it makes the pain go away. Stretching your muscles is the best thing you can do.
I am 15 weeks and one day. Due April 16th.
