im 3 centimeter m half open
Im 36 weeks and I've been told.im 3centimeters n half open.. and im cramping alot.. i.dnt want to.go.to the hospital for them to send me back.. how long does it take to open to another centimeters? ??? Help please
The cramps gotta be atl3ast 10 mins part and gotta get more painfull they cant stop

I'm 36 weeks 2cm fully effaced and cramping a lot only thinking its because I was checked which is normal I would say so there's no disappointment wait until the cramps are unbareable to go in better chances of them keeping you rather then sending u home and some even send u home 4 cm dilated if you aren't contracting its horrible but use your iinstincts
It depends on your baby. My sister went in with cramps at 2cm and while she was waiting to be checked again in the matter of an hour she delivered with no epi. She was pissed. Lol
