is acupunture safe during 1st trimester
Hi ladies, im 4weeks and 3 days ive been having acupunture for a medical problem does anyone know if it safe during pregnancy especially the first trimester as I have my next appointment on monday and not sure weather I should go advise would be great if anyone has had acupunture or stopped during pregnancy. :)
Ive been having acupunture on my neck ok thanks for comments ill mention it to them when I go next just to be safe :)
Not safe if it's your feet and ankles. But the clinic you are going to should be aware you are pregnant so they can avoid all the points that could cause contractions. Good luck.
