is it possible to lose your mucous plug at 33wks?

Why I ask is I'm 33wks and 2 days and when I went to wipe it was like clear white boogery discharge and I've been having some alight cramping and braxton Hicks. Is it to early to. Start losing my plug or could it be something else?

Hi, just letting you know, your mucos plug actually regenerates and is not actually a very good sign of labour. With my son, I lost my plug about three times and ended up being induced at 41+ 10. Your plug looks like thick green stringy snot with bits of blood in it. But it's better to call your midwife to put your mind at ease.

With my son my water didn't completely break. I worked a week in labor and didn't know it, lol. I had no pain, it was clear, I just thought I was peeing on myself, lol. He was born at 34wks. You should talk to your Dr, everyone and every pregnancy is different.
