its a girl!

Question

Well the baby wasn't very cooperative.. but the tech thought it was a girl.  Finally at the very end we saw three lines so then she said it is a girl. Since I have had all boys and they were very happy to show themselves.. should I be worried at all that she could be wrong..or since we saw three lines is it pretty definite? I guess I just can't believe it is a girl after 4 boys! I am so excited!!

That's almost exactly how mine went, baby didn't want to open her legs so the first tech wasn't so sure but then the more experienced tech (the teacher) took a look and found the 3 lines almost immediately at the end of the scan :) I have 2 boys and this is my first girl!

It took forever when we went to the ultrasound to see what I was having my baby had his legs crossed and wouldn't move I was like moving my belly and jumping lol for the longest they thought I was having a girl then I drank some sprite and thoses lil legs spread and the tech was that is def a boy he gave us a thumbs up by his junk

Congratulations!!!!! Three lines, it's a girl!!!! I'm so happy for you. I had three boys before my girls. I remember thinking I'm never going to get a girl, now I have three. They are everything I hope and prayed for too. I remember how excited I was to find out I was having a girl.... I'm so happy for you!!!!!

Lol I think you're safe. I know how you feel though. I have 3 girls & this one is a boy but I have them check everytime to make sure "it" didn't fall off or something. I've had 6 ultrasounds & everyone he's a boy & I still worry.

you can always check back at another ultrasound...  Or if you can afford it do a 3D/4D ultrasound of baby...
