Oh ya and it didn't stop until I had my baby.
I have been taking in yogurt and milj with cereal.. ill cut back on those and see if it improves. . Thanks forthe tip..
I am taking prenatals.. I am eating a lot of fruits and vegies that are high in potassium. My iron levels are normal. And I spoke to my ob.. she said it was normal at this stage...
I also dont sleep on my back due nerve problems... idk cant figure what's triggering it.. the only thing that comes to mind is this insanely deep freeze weather...
My legs cramp when I walk and my bones hurt lots but the lungs I don't get but ehatvi do get is where it feels like my throat is swelling and I can't breath. I am 33 weeks as well:-)
My OB told me to cut back on drinking milk, as it is common to get leg cramps from too much calcium intake from milk. I cut back and my leg cramps decreased.
Are you taking your prenatal vitamins and making sure you're getting enough potassium and iron? Also if its only happening at night are you sleeping on your back? Sleeping on your back can reduce blood flow to your legs (and the baby) and less blood means less oxygen which could cause cramps. I would mention them to your doctor so they can check you out
