This is my first pregnancy, and I keep getting headaches, today it feels like it may turn into a migraine. I know I can't take medication, any remedies?

You do need to be careful though. I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow because they think my migraines are affecting my vision.I'm not sure what they'll do about it though.

yeah, that's basically what I do.. I just lay down in a dark room & relax. I have a colon disease that keeps me from taking too much medication anyway, so I just deal with it.. "/

I got headaches too my first pregnancy. My OB said I was in taking to much salt. Be careful how much sodium you eat. I used Ice Packs and relax in a dark room

you can take tylenol.. I've had a few migraines too, but I've just worked through them. I don't/can't swallow pills, and if/when I did I would crush them up..

anyway, if you're able and/or don't have any health condition that doesn't allow you to take it.. you can take tylenol! just call your OB & check. good luck! (((:
