I have gone through this so many times I didn't think I could carry a baby (24.2 weeks now so don't give up hope) and very warm baths helped me and my heating pad or rice sock were my best friends. But I miscarried very early, if you're well into your pregnancy you should go to the ER.

I was in a lot of pain. And it took a few days for me to bleed. I took 2 Tylenol every 6 hours and 3 ibuprofen every 4 hours. Mine lasted about a month and was horrible. If the OTC meds don't work call your doctor

You need to go to the ER. That's what I had to do with my miscarriage.  I was in terrible pain but not bleeding yet. They monitored me, I passed a little by myself but they eventually did a d&c.

Sometimes miscarriages dont naturally flush out etc and sometimes emergency DnC's are needed.  PLEASE GO!!

I mean how can you be "fairly certain" you're bleeding? You either are or aren't.  I should probably seek medical attention.
