I had a missed miscarriage back in January and had to have a D&C. It is a hard thing to go threw, just relax and find something to preoccupie your time. I am terrified that it will happen again but I trust that god has a plan for me and blessed me to be pregnant again. He won't throw any thing at you that you can't handle. Just hang in there, and if it helps I don't have any symptoms, just fatigue and craveings.

The miscarriage rates do drop dramatically after 6 weeks. Since once the embryo is successfully implanted and grows things go pretty smoothly. Asset this point all that can go wrong is a truly random occurance, like wrong number of chromosomes - extremely rare, especially if you are younger.
Most miscarriages happen before you even know you are pregnant

You're going to drive yourself crazy worrying. Seriously, trust in your body and keep yourself busy with other things. We have all been there and honestly, you just have to work through it.

My symptoms have always been mild. So that does not help! Its like a bad joke. I read that too....if your symptoms disappear than it should be a concern....not that mine have, but still....my symptoms have never been strong.

Those missed miscarriages are pretty uncommon. Less than 1%.of pregnancies. So long as you still have your symptoms you are fine.
