Your baby wouldn't be that high yet. Your uterus would barely be out from behind your pubic bone at 13+3. It won't be close to your belly button until 20 weeks.

I'd say within the next two wks you'll know for sure. I felt my fourth at 13w and I was positive by 16w. Just be patient he/she will make thier presence known lol.

I felt my 2nd at 14 weeks anxious didn't quite believe it until it just never stopped and only got stronger. And my midwife said it was more than likely the baby moving. So I bet it is:)  I'm 11 weeks with my 3rd and excited for the first movements I get to feel!!

I felt it early with my 3rd at about 14-15 weeks. Now I'm 22 weeks with my 4th & didn't feel anything until 18 weeks & just now feeling them consistantly. He likes to face my back so I didn't feel kicks but more rolling around.

Not necessarily. You could have been pregnant a dozen times, it doesn't mean you'll feel movement sooner. Even in a female on her second, third or more pregnancies she might not ever feel early movement. The babies position, the placental position, your weight... They all influence it.
