my throat hurts so bad
Woke up this morning feeling like my throat is swollen shut any suggestions as to what I can do and make it g and make it go away
I had this problem before and I wasnt sick. Finally went to the dr after 6 weeks and he told me I had acid reflux that was actually burning my throat. It was happening at night so I never knew. He gave me a perscription and after the stress causer was over I did t need them anymore. Now that I am pregnant the same thing is happening. Lump in my throat and scratch voice but not sick...pretty sure its the same thing but havent seen the dr about my perscription...
Hot water and honey or steam. If its related to a virus you can't make it go away, it just has to run its course.
