nasal congestion :(
I have severe anxiety attacks when congested and now both my nose and ears are acting up I caught my fiance cold I have my humidifier on and I'm drinking water every hour I can't sleep Idk what to do I'm 28 weeks today I know I can't take anything should I go to the ER
I used nasal spray Zicam life saver but dont over use it for more then 3 days.
Ask your Dr about a nasal spray. I have heard some are ok during pregnancy (don't know which ones though). That would at least help with the congestion. Good luck momma and feel better soon!!!
