I am 33 weeks today . I just went to go pee and saw my mucus plug go. My due date is on November the 19. I have cramps. And im worried. How long after the mucus plug goes do you have birth? How long can mom go without the mucus plug?

Everyone in this post is right, just keep in mind that if you are 33 weeks your baby will be ok. Try to relax and call your doctor.

Mucous plug isn't a big deal. Sometimes people.lose them.multiple times. I'd say when you have a bloody show and Contractions.labor is.more imminent but if you dont have Contractions at least 7 mins apart I wouldn't be to concerned.  I lost my plug and had my show at the same time on. A Sunday night didnt go to the hospital u til Tuesday am and had him at 11pm that night. But from sunday day to Tuesday I had painful irregular Contractions...

If the mucous plug is blood tinged a call to the doctor is highly recommended. Does not mean labor will begin 24-48 hours , however it could take weeks. The mucous plug acts like a barrier to prevent infection.

Part of mine came out at 30 weeks.. still nothing, I did find out it can regenerate itself though so it could really mean nothing at all. If you start having contractions call your doctor but other than that it's probably nothing.

It can also regenerate itself, it doesn't always mean that labor is soon to follow
