When I sit down to use the bathroom I have a huge varicose vein that hurts badly like its gonna bust open and I'm only 20wks. It's scary

There's a chance it may be a hernia.  Like the above said,  your doctor's advice would be best.  Good luck, I hope you find some relief.

The list of things that hurt alot when sitting on a toilet include (but are not limited to) are thrombosed external hemorrhoid or a perianal abscess. You may get some temporary relief with a sitz bath or a small amount of warm water in a bathtub. It does however really need to be seen and examined by a physician.
