possible to feel too good?

Hey ladies. I will be 13wks on Tuesday and I've had all in all a pretty easy time so far. I found out I was pregnant at 7wks, have had a few waves of nausea but never once actually gotten sick. I do have pregnancy symptoms, showing a bit, dry skin, super tired but nothing I would consider horrible like I hear a lot on here and within my circle. Just curious if I should consider myself lucky or be worried?? I may add I had an ultrasound at 10wks, baby looked good and HB strong at 180 BPM :) next appt isn't until may 6th. Any response would be appreciated!

After i hit 12 weeks, I've felt so much better. I no longer feel nauseous and I don't feel like sleeping all day. Blood work looks fine and baby looks fine also. Consider yourself lucky haha
