pre labor signs?

I'm 37+2weeks FTM. Woke up With severe back pain n horrible cramps. I can't go walk around which many suggest due to the fact I have diagnosed with high blood pressure n protein in my urine so I been put on bed rest but I cnt stay in bed I'm in too much pain. Is this a sign of labor starting?  Any tips or advice on wat I can do to speed it up since I am bed rest.  Thank u for ur time

I'm 38 weeks and been having this for about a week and a half. It's probably latent labour and you can't speed it up, your body can go through it for weeks and it's normal. If you're on bed rest I suggest you rest.

First off I am sorry you are goung through this and no one has been able to help you hun. I am 37+1 wks and I am going through the same thing wiyh bad back pain and cramps plus bh contractions. Ur baby could be dropping and yes it woyldny surprise me if we were both having early labor signs. Just watch it and if it gets much worse try calling your doctor to get some confirmation. No worried hun we r just super close to seeing our little ones! :) good luck!
