pregnancy & bicornuate uterus

Hi there, i am 6+2 days pregnant according to an early scan i had yesterday.
This is baby number 6. They tell me i have a bicornuate uterus, in all of my pregnancies i have never been told this and all my pregnancies went smoothly and had no complications all delivered naturally. They say the baby is in the right horn and in the left horn  my uterine lining is 16mm thick. Does this sound like something to be worried about? It seems odd to me that only now in this pregnancy i find out about my uterus. The reason for having the early scan was because before i found out i was pregnant i had some major cramping and then sharp pains and mild cramping from then on. The sharp pain i felt was on my right side where the baby is.
I have not had any bleeding at all. Is there anyone that has had this kind of situation? Your story and any advice would be very much appreciated!
