pregnancy after a chemical pregnancy

I had a normal period on oct 1 then a week before my period was
Due in nov I took multiple first response early result all
Faint but clearly positive but line was not getting darker
I took 2 clear blue digital both negitive. I started bleeding
When af was due in nov and got 2 bfn hpt as well as a neg
Blood test... Af useually lasts 6 days this lasted 3 with a lot
Of clotting on day two so I assume I had a chem preg.
I never had a af sence I guess because of messed up hormones
Last night I took a fr early detection and got a faint but clearly
Visible second line I dont know what to think....any advice?
