pregnant and sick
I'm 10weeks pregnant. First baby. I have headaches daily & I take 2 Tylenol/day (if that). On top of my throbbing headache i have a stuffy nose, sore throat and i just feel like crap. I'm light headed and i don't know what to do about it. I sleep & that sometimes does three trick for the headache but if there's any other solid advice for this, let me know please. Thanks.
You can take up to 6 Tylenol a day every 4-6 hours, they'll help the fever as well as the headache, you should also be drinking lots of water to stay hydrated, that might be why you feel lightheaded, Breathe Right strips will help the stuffy nose w/ no medicine and I'd ask your doc but I'm sure sore throat cough drops would be ok
The headaches could be hust bad allergies with the sore throat etc....pressure from being stuffy...try not to take to many meds..use.vitamin c or.natural remedies. ..or a warm.cloth on your head...and a humidifier. ..pollen is extra high this year...
