prenatal vit am AND pm?!
Hello beautiful ladies!
So I was talking to my cousin yesterday who just had a baby. She told me she took a morning prenatal vitamin and one at night?! I only take the one and now im questionning if that is correct? My dr never mentioned anything nor did the pharmacist. Maybe hers werent as strong? Any insight?

Im not sure what she was taking. I didnt think to ask as she was giving me advice as she thinks she knows it all and she got under my skin! Lol
Maybe she had a DHA supplement and the prenatal multivitamin? I take both but take them together at the same time of the day.
Regular prenatal vitamins are once a day. She must of been taking one that wasn't strong enough and had to double up
I have gummy prenatal vitamins and have to take two a day. Maybe she has them too and just breaks them up into a daytime and a night time.
Prenatal are normally a once a day thing. Maybe her Dr recommend her to take more for what ever reason.
