real contractions or Braxton Hicks?
im 33 weeks & 4 days. And last night I was having these really bad pains in my lower back and sharp pains & tightening in my pelvic area. I didn't know of it was just normal pains from everything stretching or if it was contractions
Sounds like pregnancy pains to me.
Are they constant?
